The Clayroom Project

The Clayroom Project reimagines a redundant home office as a private architectural retreat. Recently retired and no longer in need of a workspace, the client sought to transform the room into something restorative, a dedicated environment for movement, focus and wellbeing. The design balances strength with stillness, wrapping the space in rich walnut panelling and softening it through sculptural forms and tonal layering.

Delivered virtually, the project was supported by detailed 3D visualisations to ensure clarity and confidence throughout the design process. The client will oversee installation independently, using the visual package as a comprehensive guide to bring the space to life.
